My name is Nicole Hairston and I am the founder of Mpowered Life and Fitness. I am a certified personal trainer (NESTA) and a nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience.

Through my passion for health and fitness, I offer to my clients a diverse catalog of fitness classes ranging from individual style, group classes and corporate retreats designed for team relationship building. I offer health and fitness expertise to the Atlanta fitness scene and beyond.
